Returns guidelines

Returns must meet the following guidelines to receive an exchange.

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with all tags still attached and original packaging. All goods are inspected on return.

Please be careful when trying products on, for example, ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as this may leave marks on the product and we will not be able to arrange an exchange for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

Sending items back

Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it is packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way.

We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.

All items must be received and inspected by us before a refund or replacement is issued.

If returning items from outside SA please clearly mark the package ‘returned goods’, to avoid any customs charges.

We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange for a different size, or colour of the original style you ordered.
