Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view the shipping costs below for information on your specific shipping charge.

Overnight delivery: R100

Orders over R1000 do not pay shipping

For international orders, we will have to arrange that on an order-by-order basis due to varying costs. Please get in touch via So we can assist you best.

Delivery times

Major centres place orders before 13:00 and have parcels delivered the next business day.

If a Saturday or public holiday service is required the waybill must be clearly marked.

Regional areas collection times vary per route. Orders to be delivered within 24 to 48 hours unless special arrangements have been made.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

We make use of Courier Guy as our delivery partner and as such will do all we can to ensure a timeous delivery. In the event of a delay we endeavour to assist where we can to get the delivery to you as soon as possible.


Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:

  • Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
  • Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
  • Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.

If you still can’t locate your parcel then please contact us at ¬†with your order number on hand. We will endeavour to find your parcel straight away.

Will I get tracking information?

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all. Please ensure all details are correct as we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery where information was incorrectly provided.
